November is here and the time has come for Haven Court’s “Employee of the Year Awards." These awards celebrate the outstanding contribution individual staff members make to the safe, high quality care and experience the residents receive here at Haven Court.
The Awards are open to all staff working at Haven Court. The award categories are:
- Care and compassion – we are looking for the team member who exudes caring and compassion on a daily basis.
- Going the extra mile – who do you know who regularly goes the extra mile for the residents?
- Team working – can you identify a colleague who is recurrently a reliable, hardworking and dependable team member?
- Leadership – we are looking for the best leader within Haven Court and that doesn’t necessarily mean a manager or team lead. We are looking for the team member who frequently takes initiative, motivates the team and leads by example.
Nominations are invited from fellow staff, colleagues, residents and families.
Prize: £100 Argos voucher per category.
The closing date for nominations is 15th December 2023. Judging will take place early December. An award ceremony will be held before Christmas.
